dōTERRA AromaTouch® Essential Oil Blend - 15ml
AromaTouch blends six oils into one 15ml bottle — Cypress, Peppermint, Marjoram, Basil, Grapefruit and Lavender. It takes its name from the AromaTouch Technique, doTERRA's own sequence for applying oils by hand along the back and feet, though there's nothing stopping you using the blend for an ordinary hand or shoulder massage instead.
The aroma is clean, fresh and minty, with peppermint and basil upfront, cypress and marjoram running underneath, and a light citrus lift from grapefruit at the top. It's a green, herbaceous scent rather than a sweet or floral one, closer to a herb garden than a candle aisle.
Dilute it with a carrier oil before applying — most people mix a few drops into fractionated coconut oil and work it into the hands, shoulders or back by hand, the same way you'd use any massage oil. A few drops in warm bathwater with Epsom salts is another way people use the bottle up.

Safety
Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing or under a doctor's care, speak to your practitioner before use. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears and sensitive areas. Dilute with a carrier oil for topical use, and avoid direct sunlight or UV rays on treated skin for 12 hours afterwards because of the grapefruit content.

Yes — mix it with a carrier oil such as fractionated coconut oil first, the same as with any concentrated blend.
