Bone Nutrient Essential Complex and Phytoestrogen Essential Complex are both vegetable capsules rather than oils. Bone Nutrient Essential Complex contains calcium, magnesium, vitamins C and D, plus zinc, copper, manganese and boron. Phytoestrogen Essential Complex contains standardised soy extract, flax seed extract and pomegranate husk extract.
