dōTERRA Shinrin-Yoku™ Essential Oil Blend - 15ml

Shinrin-Yoku takes its name from the Japanese practice of "forest bathing", spending unhurried time among trees. The blend brings together eleven oils: Lemon, Patchouli, Magnolia, Siberian Fir, Cardamom, Cypress, Hinoki, Lavender, Grapefruit, Lusitanian Cypress and Geranium.

The result smells like a walk through a conifer wood on a damp morning, with bright citrus at the top, green fir and cypress in the middle and a soft floral, earthy base from the Patchouli and Geranium.

The UK label lists it for topical use. Mix around 5 drops with 10ml of carrier oil for massage, or a drop or two in a little carrier oil as a personal scent.
