The Roam Diffuser is doTERRA's cord-free option, built around a rechargeable battery and a charging dock rather than a cable straight into the wall. The outer shell is natural polished stone, so the colour and pattern vary from one diffuser to the next — no two look quite the same. The rest of the body is made from recycled resin.
It runs in two modes: continuous misting, or an intermittent 5-minutes-on, 5-minutes-off cycle that stretches a tank further. Plugged into the adapter it manages up to 5 hours continuous or 10 hours intermittent; on battery power alone, expect up to 4 hours continuous or 8 hours intermittent. Ambient light can be set to white, warm or cyan.
Fill the 100ml tank with water, add a few drops of oil, and it will comfortably mist a room up to around 25 square metres before you'd need to top it up. Because there's no cable tying it to a socket, it moves easily from a hallway table to a bedside or a desk, and it shuts off automatically once the water runs out.
