Three mist settings give quite different run times from the same fill — around 7 hours on high, 12 hours on medium, or up to 22 hours on the lowest setting — and doTERRA suggests it for a room of up to about 25 square metres. Water and oil both go in through the same top opening, so there's no separate lid or cover to remove before topping it up, and an overnight setting adjusts the mist level automatically through the night rather than running at a single fixed rate.
It arrives with the power adapter needed to run it, and takes apart into a few simple pieces for cleaning. As with any ultrasonic mister, plain tap water and doTERRA oils are all the reservoir is designed to take.
