The Daily Habits Enrolment Kit (Vegan) bundles the same five 5ml oils as our standard Daily Habits Enrolment Kit — On Guard, dōTERRA Balance, Frankincense, Lemon and Lavender — with Deep Blue Rub, PB Restore, TerraZyme and the vegan version of the Lifelong Vitality Pack in place of the standard one.
The vegan pack keeps Alpha CRS+ and Microplex VMz unchanged — both are already vegetable capsules — but swaps xEO Mega for vEO Mega, a plant- and algae-oil capsule built on Flax, Chia, Algae, Borage, Grape and Pumpkin seed oils rather than fish oil. TerraZyme's capsule shell is also vegetable-based rather than gelatin.

How to use it
- In a diffuser
- The five oils work in a diffuser as they would sold individually — three to four drops of any one is a good starting point, or one to two for On Guard given how concentrated it is.
- On skin
- Dilute the five neat oils with a carrier oil before applying to skin. Deep Blue Rub goes on undiluted, straight from the jar.
- Worth knowing
- PB Restore, TerraZyme and the Lifelong Vitality Pack are oral formats — always follow the serving information printed on each individual label.
