This is the vegan-certified version of doTERRA's food-based multivitamin, built from a whole-food blend rather than a single isolated nutrient. Each vegetable capsule carries vitamins A, C and E, a full complex of B vitamins, and chelated calcium, magnesium and zinc, alongside a botanical blend of kale, dandelion, parsley, kelp, broccoli, brussels sprout, cabbage and spinach.
Unlike the standard Microplex VMz, this version also adds a peppermint, ginger and caraway blend to the formula. The capsules themselves are HPMC (vegetable-based) rather than gelatin, and free from sodium lauryl sulphate, with soy and wheat present among the ingredients. There are 120 capsules in every bottle.
