How to use it
- In a diffuser
- Three to four drops of any one oil in the diffuser provided is a good starting point — On Guard and dōTERRA Air are stronger, so start with one or two of those instead, and a single drop is enough for Oregano.
- On skin
- Dilute with a carrier oil before applying any of the ten to skin — none of them comes pre-diluted in this kit.
- Worth knowing
- Oregano is one of the strongest oils in the range and needs generous dilution — keep it away from the face and other sensitive areas.
