The General Method
- Start with a clean, empty 10ml glass roller bottle.
- Add your chosen essential oil drops (see dilution guidance below).
- Top up the rest of the bottle with a carrier oil, such as Fractionated Coconut Oil.
- Pop the rollerball insert and cap on firmly.
- Shake gently to combine.
- Label the bottle with the blend contents and date.
A Note on Dilution
For adults, a general everyday dilution is roughly 2-4% — around 6-12 drops of essential oil total for a 10ml roller bottle, topped up with carrier oil. These guidelines are for adults only. Children, pregnant or nursing individuals, and anyone with a health condition should seek tailored guidance. Always do a patch test before wider use.
